Mr. Schulien brings 23 years of experience to ECS. Mr. Schulien has been with ECS for six years and is responsible for all aspects of our financial management and planning, and the accounting, contracts, human resources, facilities, and information technology departments.

Previously Mr. Schulien worked at Advanced Technology Systems, Inc., Appix, Inc., Concept Five Technologies, Inc., and The Orkand Corporation.

Anthony earned both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park.
