As vice president and corporate controller at ECS, Ian Keith oversees ECS’ financial reporting, revenue accounting, corporate accounting, billing, balance sheet analysis, and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and generally accepted accounting practices. Mr. Keith manages the reporting of financial information to the executive leadership and operations teams and ASGN stakeholders. He also ensures that the efforts of ECS’ finance and accounting professionals remain aligned with our company’s growth strategy.

Before joining ECS in 2022, Mr. Keith managed the deputy controller group at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he held various positions in accounting and finance over the course of 10 years and served as controller for annual defense-market revenues of $4B. Mr. Keith’s nearly 20 years of experience also include auditing and consulting positions with the advisory, assurance, and tax firm CohnReznick and the Virginia-based accounting firm Argy, Wiltse & Robinson (now BDO).

Mr. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Kingston University in London, England and is a certified public accountant.
