Vice President of Federal Civilian Agencies Jackie Fendrock has more than 13 years of experience in the federal IT industry. With a focus on continued business growth, Ms. Fendrock works on various business development and delivery efforts within the Enterprise Solutions business unit at ECS. She supports a diverse 2,100-person portfolio of mission-oriented IT solutions and services spanning federal civilian and Department of Defense (DoD) clients.

Ms. Fendrock has spent her career providing a broad range of strategic leadership and IT consulting to federal agencies including the Department of Justice, the U.S. Postal Service, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the DoD. Her client-facing experience spans management consulting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services.

As ECS’ former vice president of Operations and Growth, Ms. Fendrock supported several ECS acquisitions, which expanded and diversified the company’s customer base and capabilities. Prior to rejoining ECS in 2023, Ms. Fendrock was a managing director at Accenture Federal Services where she ran part of their cybersecurity practice and was also the Huntsville practice lead.

Ms. Fendrock holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
