Fairfax, VA – April 30, 2008 - ECS has been selected for an award of the Farm Applications Services and Technologies (FAST) contract with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA). ECS will provide support under this Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle in five functional domains that cover the full range of information technology services including CIO and oversight services, computer facilities management services and IT support, information security support, and custom software design, development, implementation, and integration services.
