Mr. August is a technology veteran with over 20 years of experience in federal government contracting. Mr. August joined ECS four years ago as Vice President. He is responsible for operations of contracts that support systems analysis, engineering, and integration and enterprise level operations support at DHS and EPA, respectively.

Mr. August previously was Vice President at RS Information Systems, Inc., and has held executive management positions with Logicon and Sverdrup Technology.

With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Mr. August earned both his Master of Science and Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
