 YOU SHOULD TOO

At ECS, we believe that training and education bring value to our employees, customers, and industry. Educational opportunities are key to cultivating our next generation of leaders and technical experts.

We are proud to reward academic excellence

Training and Tuition Reimbursement
Curiosity, drive, and professional development are at the core of our company culture. We offer annual reimbursement and cash bonuses of up to $5,000 to incentivize ECSers to pursue training and education, including:

  • Undergraduate and graduate degree courses
  • Professional and technical programs
  • Other job-related certifications

Student Loan Repayment Assistance
To ease the transition from school to the workplace, we offer tuition reimbursement for new employees—up to $3,000 per year for up to four years of an advanced STEM degree.

“The support I get from team members and leadership is incredible. ECS sees training opportunities not just as displays of skill, but also opportunities to show your commitment to your position and your work.”

Jorge Pisfil-Rodriguez

Senior Cloud Security Manager

“In the tech industry, certifications are an essential differentiator…technical certification makes candidates unique among their peers and increases the likelihood that they will be considered before others.”
