ECS applies a proven set of management policies, methods, and procedures to manage each client engagement. Through years of experience in providing customized project management, we have incorporated best practices from the International Standards Organization (ISO); SEI’s CMMI Level 3 processes; and Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) into our Project Management processes. The processes are employed by certified Project Managers - over 75% of our Project Managers have achieved PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. We stay abreast of industry trends in part through our affiliation with the Washington, DC are chapter of PMI (PMIWDC) through their Corporate Outreach Program.
