Joanne Morris is vice president of the Treasury and Energy Division at ECS. In this role, Ms. Morris leads business development and the delivery of information technology (IT) operations support, cloud migration/service provider support, and application development for the Treasury Department, Department of Energy, Department of Labor, New York Police Department, and a variety of commercial and federal civilian cloud contracts.

Previously, Ms. Morris served as program director at InfoReliance providing IT operations and application development for the Department of Labor and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Ms. Morris has more than 30 years of experience in IT operations, software development, and emerging technologies. She has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics degree from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration degree from George Washington University.
