Rob Warren brings more than two decades of management and consulting experience to his role as vice president of Capture at ECS. In this position, Mr. Warren manages the company’s Capture organization as it works to accelerate the company’s growth.

Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Warren served as director of Capture at CACI, where he oversaw some of the company’s largest capture pursuits and helped expand the company’s existing footprint across the Department of Defense and federal civilian markets. He also served as profit and loss director of Federal Civilian services at CACI, exceeding growth targets for six consecutive years.

Mr. Warren is a passionate, results-oriented leader, who enjoys building organizations through collaboration, coaching, and mentorship. He serves on the board of directors for Dominion Christian School and is active in several philanthropic organizations. Mr. Warren has a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a certified project management professional.
