Ryan Garner is the chief financial officer at ECS. He oversees all accounting and finance operations, financial planning and analysis, financial systems, contracts, legal, pricing, procurement, facilities management, and compliance activities.

Before joining ECS in 2024, Mr. Garner was the CFO of Navistar Defense ― a designer and builder of tactical wheeled vehicles for government and DoD customers. He has also served as the finance and accounting senior vice president and CFO for CACI’s National Security and Innovative Solutions division.

With more than 20 years of experience in government contracting and technology, Mr. Garner has a proven track record of driving growth, creating efficiency, and returning value to shareholders. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Mary Washington College.
